Emma loves dancing, swimming, going to the gym and surfing the web. The first three activities keep her body nice and toned. She does a lot of chest exercises to fight the effects of gravity and sag. “A chick needs to keep fit,” Emma says. “I know lots of girls my age that look terrible. They don’t think it will happen because they are young but it does. They eat sweets and don’t work out. They spend all day sitting, watching telly or are on-line. That won’t happen to me.
